Welcome to our main blog. It was built to commemorate the brotherhood of the "Q", originally a large group of Quake I LAN gamers that have since moved on in life.
The core group still games together, clan tagged as UFA, though less often. Nowadays (with age setting in) we do more active stuff to keep the joints and brain cells alive.

As you know, I'm not the most disciplined of the Q considering my political and social views. However, I'm not getting any younger and figure I should take care of my shit before it takes care of me for good. Plus, I'm small kine almost 40 which means you fuckers are getting up there as well! *HAH*

I dunno how much weight I lost since I no more scale but I did lose some inches. Guess the morning ritual is paying off:

evergain
abs
nordic track
weights

I take my supps in the middle and end of the workout. Exception is if I'm aching from working in the yard, trailblazing, or pounding too much weights then I take half protein before sleep.
